Protest Against Taliban Presence in Washington - 3/20/01

Washington - -  A high-ranking Taliban representative is in Washington engaged in public relations and disinformation work. He will speak at The Atlantic Council of the United States, on Tuesday, March 20, 2001 from 2:15 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., 910 17th Street, N.W., Washington, D.C.

Local members of the Afghan and American communities, political and human rights activists will be joined by others to denounce the criminal's presence and protest against the Taliban militia's atrocities, violations and destructions in Afghanistan.
