AAR EDITORS' NOTE: what an incredibly flawed analysis after six years of failed Taliban rule that has brought nothing but pain and agony for Afghans. The Pakistani-created notion that "frustration" for the world's lack of recognition of this narco-terorist group is the cause of these insane acts is not to be believed. Otherwise we can revisit Hitler, find excuses and apologize for his deeds too. Islamabad's military criminals will go to any length to subjugate Afghanistan and achieve recognition-through-blackmail for their favorites in Kabul and Kandahar.. even as far as destroying the country's anciant cultural heritage. Let us make this clear once and for all: Afghans hold Pakistan's military regime and the affiliated extremist religious-terror groups behind the criminal Taliban responsible for the series of tragedies facing the people of Afghanistan. For six years now, the ISI's Taliban fanatics have held the "engagement" lobby hostage, used them at their whim to prolong the unpopular regime's failed rule and impose it by force on the Afghans - instead of resorting to a mechanism that will freely determine the Afghans' political will - by coming up with the most twisted reasoning ie. moderates vs. extremists. Where are these moderates we ask you? we dont see them unless they make themselves known by standing up FOR Afghanistan and AGAINST the aggressors. This "Pakistani PR canard" has cost Afghanistan dearly in blood and now its identity and history. The only solution lies in the international empowerement of the Afghans to strengthen their resistance, get rid of this cancer by any means possible, to exert maximum pressure on the criminal Pakistani regime, and open the way for self-determination through a mechanism acceptable to the Afghan nation. In this regard the US and others have failed miserably. Honestly, after numerous crimes against humanity and crimes against the Afghans, we don't care if the Taliban are frustrated and resentful or not. As far as the drug eradication issue goes... we urge the "Taliban believers" in the media and the "naive" UNDCP officials to take a tour of the stockpiles that are bringing huge sums of funds at higher prices to the narco-terrorist outfit. But we know you wont take that risk./ end |
