UN Seeks Sanctions Against Taliban

UNITED NATIONS (AP) - Accusing Afghanistan's ruling Taliban militia of promoting terrorism, Russia and the United States are calling for U.N. sanctions to pressure the Taliban to close terrorist training camps and hand over a suspected terrorist.
