BAGRAM, Afghanistan, Dec 9 (Reuters) - Forces loyal to Afghan opposition leader Ahmad Shah Masood offered the ruling Taleban movement on Thursday a month-long ceasefire for Ramadan, the Moslim month of fasting which starts on Friday.
