PANJSHER VALLEY, Afghanistan, Dec 6 (Reuters) - A U.N. convoy carrying emergency aid for tens of thousands of Afghans displaced by war crossed front lines and arrived in the opposition-held Panjsher valley on Monday, witnesses said.
