Anti-Taleban Afghan delegation to retain U.N. seat

UNITED NATIONS, Oct 20 (Reuters) - The General Assembly's credentials committee recommended on Tuesday deferring a decision between rival claimants to Afghanistan's U.N. seat, thus leaving the incumbent anti-Taleban delegation in place, committee sources said.
