Anti-Taliban forces fail to dislodge rivals in northern Afghanistan

KABUL, July 16 (AFP) - A senior Taliban official here Thursday rejected warnings of a humanitarian aid pull-out from the Afghan capital and told aid workers to shift to a dilapidated compound or close down.
