Taliban issue foreign aid workers with relocation ultimatum

KABUL, July 14 (AFP) - Foreign aid workers in the Afghan capital were Tuesday issued with an ultimatum by Taliban officials to shift to a dilapidated compound or leave the country, an aid official told AFP.
