Afghan Ulema order armed crusade against US

QUETTA: The Supreme Court of Afghanistan has formally endorsed a Fatwa issued by Afghan Ulema, said a press release of the Ittehad Ulema-e-Afghanistan issued on Tuesday. Under this Fatwa, armed crusade against America by the Islamic world has been made mandatory and all the Muslims have been ordered to rise against America and killing Americans. The Fatwa also made it compulsory that no steps for total eliminations of America by force should be avoided. According to details, an important meeting of eminent Ulema and scholars of Afghanistan was held in Kandahar under the leadership of Maulana Abdullah Zakiri. The meeting issued an edict that America, which was an enemy of the Islamic world should be eliminated. Endorsing the 'Fatwa', the Supreme Court of Afghanistan declared it according to principles of Shariah and accepted its legal position. This 'Fatwa' is in Arabic, which calls upon all the Muslim states to prepare for Jehad against America and forces of infidelity the world over. It also asked the Islamic world to demand America to immediately withdraw its forces from the Gulf and Saudi Arabia and stop interfering in the Islamic countries.
